LISTENING SESSION - FAQ

  • What is a listening session? – A listening session is all about YOU. It is about anything that you want to share, ask, or discuss. We are all ears here. We will just make notes and be silent all through the session unless you ask a question back to us.
  • Is a listening session a really productive use of time? – Yes. It is. In most situations, service providers always look for pitching opportunities inside a conversation and miss out on hearing the whole story. This eventually results in YOU engaging in a service that is presented to you, instead of a service that you TRULY want.
  • Am I supposed to bring my practice metrics, for a listening session? – You are welcome to bring any data that helps you speak confidently on a topic. You can also post questions to us, about that data. But it is not mandatory as we will do our own due diligence during the next stage of our LAPS approach.
  • How can I book a listening session? – The best option is to use our Calendly link to block a spot that is open. You can also use contact us by email at -write2us@waahai.com, or contact us by phone – at 315/806-7133 to book a spot.
